Volleyball Defeats #1 Seed to Advance to District Final
A huge win for this young team!
Volleyball won big on Wednesday as they defeated the #1 seed, East Clinton, in a gritty match going all the way down to the wire. Tied at 2-2 going into the fifth set, the Nighthawks took the final set 15-12 (15-25, 25-22, 25-16, 19-25, 15-12) to take down the Astros. East Clinton finished their regular season 20-2, 11-1 in the Southern Buckeye Athletic an Academic Conference, and were the SBAAC National Division Champions. A huge win for this young team! The Nighthawks are advancing to the District Finals for the first time since 2019! They will play for the DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. against #1 Arcanum at Butler High School! Let's go Nighthawks!
