Bio

Theresa Hirschauer has made a lasting impact on Cincinnati Country Day athletics. She is in her 36th season as head coach of the girls' soccer team. She took her program to win its first state title in 2018 and then went back-to-back in 2019, and again in 2022 and 2023. They were state runners-up in 2016 and 2020. Hirsch has been inducted into both the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association Hall of Fame, where she is only the second female inducted, the Southwest Ohio Athletic Directors Association Hall of Fame, and the Brown University Athletics Hall of Fame. Aside from coaching girls' soccer, she has also coached basketball and softball. Hirsch served as head athletic director for 20 years before taking over as the Head of Middle School. Outside of her coaching successes, she was an outstanding two-sport athlete (softball and soccer) and a proud graduate of Brown University.
