Gymnastics to Host CD Cup on Saturday
The gymnastics team will host the annual CD Cup on Saturday, January 10. The Nighthawks host 26 teams, making for an intense competition.

8:30: Gym opens for arrival and bar settings.
9:20: Coaches meeting in the weight room
9:40: Announcements, introductions, and playing of the National Anthem
9:48: First rotation warmups begin
10:00: Competition begins
