Bio

Dennis Coyle is in his 28th year of coaching football and his seventh season as Head Coach at Cincinnati Country Day School, where he also serves as Athletic Director. Since 2019, he has led CCDS to four straight Miami Valley Conference Championships (2021–2024) and has been named MVC Coach of the Year each of those seasons. In 2022, he was also recognized as the Cincinnati Enquirer Division 5/6/7 Coach of the Year. Over his career, Coach Coyle has coached in 16 state playoffs, three Ohio State Finals, and the 2005 State Championship at St. Xavier High School, where his team was ranked in the Top 5 nationally by USA Today. He has also coached numerous athletes who continued their careers at the collegiate and professional levels, including the NFL. While his list of accomplishments is extensive, Coach Coyle measures success not in wins and championships, but in the growth of his players as students, athletes, and people. His ultimate goal is to use athletics as a vehicle to teach teamwork, accountability, and perseverance, helping students become the best versions of themselves and future leaders in their communities.
